By registering as a vendor on our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility
To register as a vendor on vooket:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- You must operate a legally registered business or possess the required licenses/permits to sell goods or services in your area.
- You must provide accurate and complete business information.

Vendor Registration and Account
- You are required to create an account by providing valid business details, GST number (if applicable), and other required documents.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to immediately notify vooket of any unauthorized use of your account.

Vendor Responsibilities
As a vendor on our platform, you agree to:
- Ensure all products or services listed are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards required by law.
- Update inventory and pricing regularly.
- Fulfill customer orders on time.
- Cooperate with our delivery partners and provide proper packaging for food or grocery items.
- For ride vendors (bike/auto/taxi), ensure vehicles and drivers comply with government regulations.

Commission and Payments
- vooket will charge a commission or service fee on each successful order or ride
- Payment settlements will be made as per the schedule defined in your vendor dashboard (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly).
- Taxes, if applicable, will be deducted as per the laws of India (e.g., TDS, GST).
- You agree to provide valid bank account details for payments.

Order Management
- Orders must be accepted and prepared/delivered within the time specified.
- Cancellation or delays caused by vendors may result in penalties or temporary suspension.
- Continuous poor performance, late delivery, or negative feedback may lead to permanent account deactivation.

Pricing and Offers
- Vendors have the right to set their own product/service prices.
- vooket reserves the right to display promotional offers or discounts in consultation with the vendor.
- Vendors must not engage in price manipulation or unfair trade practices.

Content and Intellectual Property
- Vendors grant vooket a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their brand name, logo, and product images for promotional and operational purposes.
- Vendors must not upload copyrighted or infringing content.

Compliance with Laws
Vendors must comply with:
- All local, state, and central government laws related to food safety, transport, taxation, and business operations.
- The FSSAI regulations (for food vendors).
- Motor vehicle and transport laws (for taxi and bike vendors).

Suspension and Termination
vooket reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your vendor account if you violate these Terms.
- Remove products/services that are illegal, unsafe, or non-compliant.
- Hold or adjust payments in case of disputes or fraudulent activities.

Liability and Indemnity
- vooket acts only as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from vendor negligence, product quality issues, or service failures.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vooket, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities caused by your actions.

Data Privacy
Your business and transaction data will be processed as per our Vendor Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data for operational and compliance purposes.

Modifications
vooket reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any significant changes will be notified via email or the vendor dashboard.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Your City, State.
