vooket is a multi-vendor platform that connects customers with independent vendors and service providers offering food delivery, grocery delivery, and transportation services (bike, auto, and taxi).
The app acts only as an intermediary between customers, vendors, and riders/pilot.

Acceptance of Terms
By using our App and services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
- You consent to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

Services Provided
Our app allows customers to:
- Browse and order food or groceries from registered vendors.
- Book rides with bike, auto, or taxi service providers.
- Track orders or rides in real-time.
- Make secure payments through integrated payment gateways.
- Cooperate with our delivery partners and provide proper packaging for food or grocery items.
Note:
We do not manufacture, prepare, or deliver food/grocery items, nor do we own or operate any vehicles. The responsibility for quality, safety, and performance rests solely with the respective vendors and drivers.

User Account
- You must register and create an account to access certain features.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

Orders and Bookings
- Once an order or ride request is placed, you will receive confirmation through the App.
- Orders or rides cannot be canceled once accepted by the vendor/driver unless allowed by our cancellation policy.
- Delivery time and ride arrival time are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.
- Vendors or drivers may reject an order/ride request if they are unavailable or unable to fulfill it.

Pricing and Payment
- Prices for items and rides are displayed on the App and may vary based on vendor, location, or time.
- You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges.
- Payments must be made through the available payment methods.
- We may use third-party payment gateways; their terms and policies will apply.

Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are issued only in cases of failed delivery, wrong items, or payment errors.
- Cancellation requests must comply with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method or bank.

Customer Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- All local, state, and central government laws related to food safety, transport, taxation, and business operations.
- The FSSAI regulations (for food vendors).
- Motor vehicle and transport laws (for taxi and bike vendors).

vooket may Suspension or Termination
vooket reserves the right to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or fraudulent transactions.
- Misuse, copy, or alter any part of the App.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse vendors, riders, or support staff.
- Provide false information or attempt to manipulate ratings/reviews.

Vendor and Driver Responsibilities
All vendors and drivers are independent contractors.
We are not responsible for:
- Food quality, packaging, or freshness.
- Vehicle condition, driver behavior, or ride safety.
- Delays, cancellations, or any damages caused by vendors or drivers.

Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, text, and designs appearing in the App are the property of vooket or its licensors.
You are not permitted to use them without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vooket shall not be liable for any:
- Loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of the App or services.
- Service interruption, delays, or technical issues.
- Actions or negligence of vendors, drivers, or third-party service providers.

Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted in the App with a new date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts .
