CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS

  • Introduction

    This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers can cancel orders or rides placed through our multi-vendor platform (the “App”), which provides food delivery, grocery delivery, and transportation services (bike, auto, and taxi). By using our App, you agree to the terms of this policy.

  • Order Cancellations (Food and Grocery Delivery)

    • 1. Before Order Acceptance:

      Customers may cancel an order at no charge before the vendor or delivery partner accepts the order.

    • 2. After Order Acceptance:

      Once an order is accepted by the vendor or assigned to a delivery partner, cancellation may not be free.

      • A cancellation fee may apply to cover preparation or delivery costs.
      • If the vendor has already started preparing the order, the full or partial amount may be charged.
    • 3. Vendor or Partner Cancellations:

      If the vendor or delivery partner cancels the order due to stock unavailability, location issues, or other valid reasons, the customer will receive a full refund.

  • Ride Cancellations (Bike, Auto, and Taxi Services)

    As a vendor on our platform, you agree to:

    • 1. Before Driver Allocation:

      Customers can cancel a ride request before a driver is assigned without any charge.

    • 2. After Driver Allocation:

      Once a driver has been assigned, a nominal cancellation fee may apply to compensate the driver for time and travel.

    • 3. After Driver Arrival:

      If the driver has arrived at the pickup location and waited beyond the grace period (usually 5 minutes), the full or partial fare may be charged.

    • 4. Driver Cancellations:

      If a driver cancels the ride, the customer will not be charged any cancellation fee.

  • Refund Policy

    • 1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • 2. In case of payment delays due to banking or technical issues, we will provide necessary assistance.
  • No-Show Policy

    If the customer is unavailable or unresponsive at the delivery or pickup location, the order or ride may be marked as “No-Show”, and applicable charges may be deducted

  • Exceptional Circumstances

    Cancellations made due to system errors, payment failures, or force majeure events (such as accidents, natural disasters, or technical failures) will not attract any cancellation fee.

  • Policy Updates

    We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the App, and continued use of the services will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
